Consumer habits have changed significantly during this unprecedented time and will affect shopping behaviour for the foreseeable future. With the opening of non-essential stores in the UK after a three-month lockdown during the coronavirus pandemic — it’s now clear that retail shopping, as we used to know it, has changed and maybe forever. You could say it’s still early days for traditional high street retailers as they are faced with a set of challenges no-one could have foreseen.
